“LOVE, love, LOVE this place. I haven’t had a lot of Vietnamese food before but enough to know that this is the best. It’s always a tough decision whether to go with pho or an entree but I haven’t gone wrong yet, and do yourself a favor and order the cream cheese wontons as an appetizer.”

“Came here for a double date before a comedy show and got seated right away. Service was great and was surprised at how authentic the establishment was since I thought it would be more modern. Food was also delicious. Would recommend!”

“The pho here is EXCELLENT!! Best pho I ever had. The broth was clean and had a wonderful depth to it and the meats were generous.
Service was efficient and food was delivered fast. Great for hungry people. Lots of seatings inside and plenty of parking in the adjacent car park or on the street.”

“The best Pho in the twin cities. Cream cheese wontons are huge and delicious. Busy and efficient place with super friendly staff. Dine-in or take out!”

“Best pho I have ever had. I ordered the chicken pho with chicken breast meat, rice noodles, beef broth, bean sprouts, basil, jalapeno, lime wedge. They are very generous with the side of sprouts, basil, jalapeno, and lime. The broth was so silky, rich, and complex. Simply amazing! Service was fast and friendly. We arrived when they opened at 11 am and the place fills up fast. Highly recommend if you are looking for authentic and tasty pho in Minneapolis!”

“Quang has some of the best pho in the twin cities. My experience with their rich broth and copious vegetables is the basis for my thoughts of pho. They have lovely appetizers too. All around good food.”

“Best pork egg rolls ever! Craveworthy. The pho is great, too, as are the vermicelli salads. Fast, fresh, always delicious, reasonably priced. Great spot!”

“My roommate and I recently got takeout from Quang’s! We really enjoyed our spring rolls, wontons, and chicken pad thai!”

“There’s a big hype around “Quang” and I had to see for myself. To be honest, I was quite impressed….The spring rolls and egg rolls were both on point! It was made to order! Fresh to the point where it was heaven in your mouth. The pho was delicious as well. The clear broth made you want to dive in for more. The cuts of meats complimented the perfectly blanched rice noodles.
Overall, it lived up to the hype. The part that amazed me the most was how the waiters and waitresses handled the customer. It was like a perfectly coordinated dance. It was so smooth! Props to management!”

“+5 stars for the food and service. Their place has good vibes. Always good food here. Get the sausage spring rolls… Idk why It’s hard to find these around town given that they’re so delicious.
Their pho is good. But you’ll have to ask for typical condiments like fish sauce and chili oil. Their tendons are bomb! Very soft.”

“Simply the best pho you will find in the state of Minnesota. Quang is right on ‘Eat Street’ aka Nicollet in Mpls and is very busy at peak times. Getting your pho to go is always an option as they prepare a beautiful platter of vegetables to add to your broth. Keep in mind they are closed on Tuesday.”

“I’ve been going here for as long as I can remember. I love the authenticity of the food. They have one of my favorite spring rolls there. It is the number 111 which has a crunch in the spring roll. I also really like the rice platter. The pho is okay. They share their parking lot with the businesses nearby so sometimes it’s hard to find parking. It is a family-owned business.”

“The rice platters here are out of the world. Seriously, a fish sauce that’s light but still delivers, fresh assortment of delicious meats, the broken rice tastes actually like rice and a portion that challenges you to eat anything else.
Phenomenal in that regard that you can’t beat at any other restaurant. And I’ve tried plenty from here to San Francisco.”

“I ordered the vermicelli noodle salad with grilled chicken and an egg roll , my mother and I split an order of egg rolls . She ordered the broken rice platter with beef . Overall it was very delicious . The skin of the eggroll was crispy , the filling was flavorful and well seasoned . The fish sauce was not too fishy or spicy . The chicken in my dish was perfectly grilled and not too smokey. The veggies were fresh and had a good bite to them. Noodles not overly soft nor firm, good texture. Very good. Glad we came and will for sure come again.”
